Ty the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue (PlayStation 2)

The outback hero returns with an all-new adventure packed with action, robots, reptiles and more boomerangs than you can shake a didgeridoo at.

Ty the Tasmanian Tiger is back to once again make the wilds of the Australian bush a safe place for him and his mates. After Ty put him away at the end of the original game, the evil Boss Cass has broken out of Currawong Jail and hatched a plan to take over the world with an army of repulsive reptiles. Only Ty and his animal buddies at Burramudgee Bush Rescue stand in his way.

For a bigger adventure, Ty needs a bigger array of weapons; this time around he's got a whopping 21 boomerangs to choose from. Get your paws on Lasharangs, Kaboomarangs, Blastorangs, Aquarangs, and Megarangs, to name but a few.

But that's not all. Ty can also climb aboard five different robot units, each with special abilities such as fire-fighting, laser firing and heat resistance. As well as giant robots, Ty gets to explore the Bush in a variety of vehicles, including helicopters, 4X4s, and even submarines!

There's also a full Ty kart-racing game to unlock that lets you and your mates race around seven Aussie-themed race tracks.
