Taking on the role of a heroic warrior, you are thrust into a bitter war raging across a war-torn land. With a look influenced by feudal Japan combined with a manga style, the on-screen battles are a clash of vivid imagery that mirrors the sounds and pace of the melee. Ploughing through enemy hordes with a range of "Critical Moves", your hero can turn the tide of any battle.

The experience point system enables you to improve your hero's attributes as well as learn new powers, from deadly salvos of gunfire to summoning meteor storms to bombard your foes. Weapons and items take the customization even further, with over 80 special items hidden throughout the game, enabling you to carve a path to victory and power.
